From the International Quilt Museum: "The International Quilt Museum in Lincoln, Neb., in collaboration with the nonprofit Quilt Alliance, is hosting Recharge & Reinvent, a virtual retreat for guild leaders. "This unique gathering combines the elements of a must-attend seminar with the vibe, fun and connection of a quilt retreat. Expect amazing door prizes from big name sponsors. Presenters include Lyric Kinard of the Global Quilt Connection talking about Dynamic Guild Programming on a Budget with a panel of guild leaders doing just that. Recharge & Reinvent will also take participants behind the scenes of the world’s greatest quilt museum where the people who take care of 8,000-plus quilts will share tips on conservation and care.

Ticket buyers will be able to watch recordings of all these exceptional presentations after the event, complete with Q + A sessions. So don’t worry if you can’t attend every moment. All ticket holders will also receive supplemental information after the event on such topics as tech tips for hybrid meetings and how to develop a relationship with your local quilt shop.

After the event, some of the recorded programming will be available on the IQM’s website, but only ticket holders will be able to access everything and network with other guild leaders around the country.

Tickets cost $50 each. Up to three officers per guild may attend: your guild name and position are required at registration. Be sure to buy your ticket early because spots are limited to 200.
