The Quilt Show Puzzle: "Nonsense Town" by Cathy Perlmutter
Do a puzzle of Cathy Perlmutter's quilt, Nonsense Town.
Cathy thinks the most fun thing about making cityscape quilts is the leftovers and your failed experiments. She just loves collecting them and finding something to do with them. Enter Nonsense Town, filled with buildings both real and fantasy created from leftovers of those quilts. As she was finishing the quilt, Cathy's first grandchild was born and she realized that her life now had a completely different purpose which was to make her grandson laugh. So she added all kinds of fun and silly things throughout the quilt to fulfill that purpose.
