I love your idea and I have started to sew my buttons in a like fashion, on denim. what are we going to do with them?
I dont want another tote, so I guess it will have to be a wall hanging. I have also been doing sasiko stiches over fabrics...

What a wonderful idea, I have lots of buttons from the women in my family and this is a wonderful way to save and enjoy these treasures. Love the idea and will start working with mine. You are always so full of fantastic ideas!!

Yes, please do a show on these. I have jars of old buttons that I have received from family and friends, this would be a wonderful way to use and preserve some of them.
