Leslie Rinchen-Wongmo is one of the few non-Tibetans to master the Buddhist art of silk appliqué, thangka. Leslie will show you a unique style of couching that we have never seen before. Debuting July 16, 2023: Ladies and gentlemen, it is our great privilege to welcome the 1976 Betty Crocker Homemaker of the Year to The Quilt Show, Miss Colleen Wise. Even though she doesn't like sewing, cutting, or ironing, somehow Colleen has managed to create quilts with an illusion and depth, where leaves float, or balls bounce, seemingly off the quilt.
