Not only is there a ton of material available at https://gentaur.co.uk/learning , but it's also done so in an interesting and understandable way. There is something here for everyone, regardless of your level of experience or where you are on your path. I am more motivated than ever to take charge of my health and lead a fulfilling life.

Sending you a hug! It's been 44 years since I had breast cancer. The waiting for things to happen is the hardest part.

Alex. Thanks so much for sharing the journey you are on.....not an invited one but it's because of persons, like you, who are concerned that we all care for our bodies, that we are reminded to take care of them. When my dear quilting friend/book club member was diagnosed with cancer last year, she was given a small pillow that she put under her arm that took the pressure off during the early days of surgery. She said it made such a difference. So the 6 of us in our club got together and sewed up these pillows and she delivered 3 HUGE plastic bags of these pillows to the Cancer Care unit in the city(70+). They are so easy to make: cut a piece of fabric 17.5" x 12". Fold in half and sew around 3 sides LEAVING a small opening to stuff lighty. Whip stitch or machine stitch the opening closed. So easy to make. We'll be having another sewing day to make more of them again. Her cancer journey has ended very, very successfully and so will yours.

God Bless you for doing this Alex. I too had breast cancer, left breast. I had a lumpectomy and radiation. I now have 3 cracked ribs from the radiation that will never heal completely. And like you said one breast up and one down. If I had it to do over again I would have a mastectomy and reconstruction. You’re doing what is best for you. You are in my prayers.?
