The Quilt Show Puzzle: "Passage of Time: Braunschweig 1" by Deborah Fell
Do a puzzle of Deborah Fell's quilt, Passage of Time: Braunschweig 1.
Passage of Time: Braunschweig 1 is part of Deborah's German Architectural Series. She says of the quilt, "Architecture is a conversation between the past and the future. The fractured building images used in this series are from Germany. The dialog of design starts with the camera and expands with the use of cloth, thread and digital photography to transfers. Fragmented architectural elements and use of line and scale create depth and ambiguity. The graphic and realistic elements deepen the obscurity of the elements even greater."
