The Quilt Show Puzzle: "Locked In The Log Cabin" by Jane Dunnewold
Do a puzzle of Jane Dunnewold's quilt, Locked In The Log Cabin.
Locked In The Log Cabin was Jane's very first quilt that she made around 1978. Based on a traditional log cabin design, Jane knew her limitations and left piecing behind soon after this quilt. Its title comes from the soft sculpture figure that adorns the quilt in the bottom right square, looking to break free from its log cabin prison.
