I cannot open the show. A popup to sign out appears, with "hello and my name). I am, and have been a member for years. I get the newsletter and every other week show information.

I was able to login with your account and had no problem watching the show. Perhaps you could try again using a new browser window. Let's hope it's just a little glitch in the system.

The Quilt Show - I wanted to watch this video, but wasn't able to get a trial membership. It said I already have a login, so I logged in, and then click to play the video and it just pops up a button to "Log out". I think my email is registered...

Hi Barbara...It looks like your hotmail email was set-up as a "shop only" account at some time. Since I can find no history attached to that account, I have deleted it from the system. If you would like to try securing the Trial Membership...

Hi Barbara...It looks like your hotmail email was set-up as a "shop only" account at some time. Since I can find no history attached to that account, I have deleted it from the system. If you would like to try securing the Trial Membership again, we'll see if that was the issue. Remember, the site is set-up with an automatic recurring billing so you will need to enter a credit card, but the charge won't happen until the end of the Trial. If you cancel recurring billing prior to the end of your trial, you will not be billed at all. Once you get the trial set up, you can cancel recurring billing by logging into your account, clicking MY DASHBOARD, then clicking the BIG RED BUTTON that says Cancel Recurring Membership.
