The Quilt Show Puzzle: "The Memories That Remain" by Lynn Czaban
Do a puzzle of Lynn Czaban's quilt, The Memories That Remain.
The Memories That Remain is a dear quilt for Lynn, and one, like many of her quilts, that uses images from the Library of Congress as the source of inspiration for its subject. She created the gentleman first on an appliqué sheet, and then found a background to accompany it. The original image used a different background, so Lynn found one she thought was more fitting. Featured in many different shows, The Memories That Remain won Lynn a First Place ribbon in Pictorial Large category at Houston International Quilt Festival 2022.
