"Over 370 pieces of artwork will be available for bidding. Each piece is mounted on an 8" x 10" mat with a 4.5" x 6.5” opening and placed in a clear cellophane sleeve. Note that the digital image may vary slightly from the actual artwork.

All bidding is done on the Handbid platform (available now) and we highly encourage that you review the Spotlight Auction FAQs first.

How the Auction Bidding Works:

The auction will open for bidding for all pieces on Wednesday, March 26 at 3pm EDT. Spotlight auction pieces start low and the highest bidder at the end of the auction wins!

The opening bid for each piece is $25 with $5 bidding increments (all prices are in USD). Pieces will be divided up into different bidding sections, each with a different ending time between 8:15pm and 9:15pm on Saturday April 5 (all times EDT).

At the designed time, the section will close and bidding will end for those items. The HIGHEST bid will win the item. Note that bidders can place MAX BIDS on items which might result in being automatically outbid at the last minute.

If you are not attending the conference, a single shipping fee will be charged at the end of the auction for all your pieces: $15 US / $30 elsewhere. Please note that additional taxes and duties may apply to non-US addresses.
