Featured Quilt - Everyone's A Winner Hare...

The Turning Of The Seasons (The Fox and the Hare) was designed and made by Leah Walker / Patchwork Picnic and featured as part of the Pictorial Quilts at the 2023 Festival of Quilts in Birmingham, England. In making the quilt, Leah "aimed to create a beautiful and whimsical celebration of the British countryside. The animals co-existing in peace within different seasons and times."

Leah had this to say about the actual creation of the quilt, "To create detail within the Fox and hare I used Irregular EPP shapes allowing me to add details I wouldn't normally be able to achieve."
