How to Make Prairie Points and Miters with Susan Cleveland

(Show 1001) Susan Cleveland, quilt designer, author, and teacher joins TQS on location at Miramont Castle in Manitou Springs, Colorado. Susan shares some of her latest uniquely shaped quilts and her new technique for stitching perfect miters. Next she tackles prairie points. Bet you'll love her simple method...and her three delightful prairie-point variations; add decorative stitching, use them in the quilt, use 2 strips of fabric to create a strip of color down the center of the prairie point.   We wrap up this episode with a visit to the NY home and studio of award-winning master quilter Jane Holihan.  She is known for her impeccable hand appliqué, embroidery and quilting and shares her inspiration based on nature.
