The Quilt Show Puzzle: "Barbara's Medallion" by Margaret Willingham
Do a puzzle of Margaret Willingham's quilt, Barbara's Medallion.
Barbara's Medallion is the very first quilt that Margaret designed in the vein that she is doing her work now. Its inspiration is Victorian architecture, having grown up in old homes in Upstate New York, and was designed as a gift for her sister Barbara, hence the name. Margaret used this quilt to develop the technique that she used to do her reverse applique in the process of creating this quilt.
