Barbara, your quilt is Beautiful! I love applique. I want to try your method, paper piecing with machine appliqueing this time. I've watched all that I can on this quilt, I've read your blog, (by the way, loved the Ruffled Roses too). My pattern is printed out, need to make my template, I only have reg clear vinyl, should work. I believe I have all the fabric except the background. I'll get it next time I'm in town. Wish me luck!

Barbara, I just love your videos. I have been a quilter for many years but I still always learn something new. I am also grateful that you offer various methods of working such as your paper-pieced border. I would never have thought to measure the distance between the points of the border triangles! These videos are like taking a class and bring great value to this membership. Thank you so much!

I am anxious to begin this lovely quilt. I usually make my own art quilt patterns, but excited to have the patterns already done for me. I'll learn how to do things the correct or easy way and see how another quilter works. My plan is to keep...

Applique has never been something I have enjoyed or been good at, but I chose to do this beautiful pattern with the hope of increasing my skills. I still have a very unfinished Color My World Quilt but I'm only a little discouraged at that. As long as I have a sewing room and life in me, there is hope that project will be completed. Barbara is a most remarkable instructor who is filled with wisdom and encouragement. Finding the Quilt show three years ago has helped me to increases my skills, and I feel I have new treasured friends. May the journey through my garden be a pleasant one, even if it for me continues into 2023 to finish it. As Barbara said earlier last year, "This is not a race" Those few words gave me the encouragement not to give up but to work at my pace to get it done. Thank you Barbara, Alex , and Ricky.;

The more I look at this quilt, the more I like it. It is just so happy. Love all the colors. I have many others that need to be finished first though. So-- I will watch all the videos, download all the patterns, and read all the instructions....
