The 7.5" x 7.5" Square-It ruler is perfect for fussy cutting, or aligning an applique or embroidered section perfectly into a square shape block.  The outside edge of the ruler measures 7.5" x 7.5", and the inside edge of the ruler measures 5.5" x 5.5".  There is a darker ring on the outside edge to define the seam allowance.  The ruler also has notches cut out on the inside edge corners so you can cut around the inside edge.
