Description:
Artist Statement: "I love unicorns because they have magic in their horns. My favorite colors are gold, blue and rainbows. I created sunshine, clouds and raindrops so the rainbow could grow. I picked out glitter fabric because I love anything that sparkles. I designed this quilt, drew my own pictures on the fabric, cut it out, and put it on the fabric. I sewed the hair and rainbow colors together on my mom's sewing machine. My mom told me what to do, helped me iron and trim the quilt. My unicorn is crossing the rainbow bridge because she is trying to get her wings. Her name is Rainbow Love. I named her Rainbow Love because rainbows are beautiful and love helps people feel good. I also love the whole world which is also why I named her Love."
