Credits: "In 2000 during a difficult time in my life, I turned to books as an escape, reading 265 books in just 18 months. I carefully documented these books onto a spreadsheet which became a reminder of my journey. In 2003 I discovered quilting - a creative outlet that brought me peace and a renewed sense of purpose. Last year when I came across Sweet Pea' Bookshelf Quilt embroidery pattern I was inspired to bring most of those book titles to life in a quilt. Using the pattern and the help of an editor I incorporated 236 of those treasured book titles into the design, creating a one-of-a-kind quilted bookcase."
Commercial Pattern: Sweet Pea - Bookshelf Quilt
