Description:

Artist Statement: "Flowers, appliqué and polka dots are just a few of my favorite things. My quilt was based on the pattern Aunt Millie's Garden by Piece O'Cake Designs. I made the quilt my own by changing the border. I accomplished this by dividing the border fabrics with the vine and continuing the floral design around the whole quilt. The border was a bit of a challenge but I'm pleased with the result."

Delightful! Love the balance of white and black, the lines of the sashing with the polka dots, and of course, the bright colors of the flowers.
