Description:
Artist Statement: "I wanted to create a quilt using ombre fabrics that seemed to have light at its center. In each of the petals, the circles go from light to dark, starting at the tip and going to the center. Although it was quite successful, this quilt is a testament to Murphy's Law - anything that can go wrong will go wrong. During the process, I had to re-draw, re-cut, re-make, re-mark, re-sew, and generally re-do most of the quilt."
Techniques: Hand Appliquéd; Machine Pieced and Quilted
