It's definitely face painting, not conflict. I don't understand the hidden guards thing, either. There's a face on the man's arm; that's all I see.

WHAT hidden guards? Please explain, because I don't see any! What I do see, though, is not a picture of "two men in the midst of an ongoing conflict". I see one man holding a paintbrush and a small container of paint, apparently carefully...

WHAT hidden guards? Please explain, because I don't see any! What I do see, though, is not a picture of "two men in the midst of an ongoing conflict". I see one man holding a paintbrush and a small container of paint, apparently carefully painting the supine man's face. Are they traditional actors preparing for a performance?
