Description:
Artist Statement: "My quilt is inspired by the Alice books by Charles L. Dodgson, a.k.a. Lewis Carroll. Each character began as a random photograph from the author's time. The 1863 image of Carroll, by photographer Oscar Rejlander, inspired my Cheshire Cat. Jackie Brown's sumptuous free-motion and original digital quilting creates depth and detail for this odd tea party."
