Very new here, hope I am doing this correctly....anyhoo...I just started quilting in September 2021 as I needed something to do while it snowed all winter and of course, I am hooked. What I have learned so far has been from youtube videos. I don't know anyone who quilts and I would love to do it all! I made about 20 quilts in the last 6 months. Is there a way of, well, gentle, critiquing? Would anyone like to look at my pictures and give me advice or anything?? I started with hand tieing and now machine quilt and have never sent one to a long arm. I want to do some hand quilting.
Right now, I tape my backing to the floor then use basting spray to make the sandwich but I still get some of what I call "wowies" on the back.
I am retired and have plenty of time. I don't really know what my question is, just looking for info I guess.
Thanks in advance for any responses, even if it's just to say hi!
