You will need to select Log In at the top of the homepage and enter the email address associated with your member account. At the bottom of the pop-up window, select Forgot your Password? You will be asked to enter your email address and indicate you are not robot. A message will be sent to your email address with instructions to change your password.
Your profile can be found on the Purple bar at the top. Clicking this "Dashboard" link opens up so much with regards to your profile:

What is an AVATAR? An Avatar is an icon, figure, or photo representing a particular person in internet forums.
How do I upload an Avatar? If you have a photo you would like to use, you can. If you want an icon as an avatar, there are plenty of free sites online that you can download some to your computer. Any Avatar you want, needs to be either a .png, .jpeg, or .jpg file only. Once you have the file on your computer, follow the steps below:
This AVATAR you have uploaded will appear in the forum, groups, etc...for your ID.
We are focused on improving your customer experience with The Quilt Show. The address is used in your dashboard and is prefilled for you ease of use. The only reason you might have to edit, is in case you move or you want to order something in our webstore and ship to a different address.
Please use the Submit a Ticket at the bottom of any page to change the email address associated with your account.
Once the SUBMIT A TICKET page is open, please fill in with Change My Email Address, select email/login issues, enter your old and the new email address you would like associated with your account and be sure to give us your name so we can associate the proper name to the new email address as well. Then select CREATE NEW TICKE as in the example below. That's all there is to it and we'll notify you within 48hrs of the change.
On the old site, The Quilt Show used USER NAMES as a login component. With the new website opening in January 2021, your email is your main profile component. If you had a USER NAME before to log-in, you are Godfathered in and can continue to use USER NAME as a log-in component. However, new star members will not have a USER NAME option.
All paid subscriptions on The Quilt Show website are auto-recurring. To cancel the RECURRING MEMBERSHIP, simply logon and go to your Dashboard. Click on the red CANCEL RECURRING MEBERSHIP button beside your plan and your membship will be canceled. You can continue to use your membership until the End Date of your membership as listed on the same page. You will NOT be refunded any monies, and you can renew your membership again at anytime by selecting the JOIN NOW button.
YES! Any Star Membership subscription will automatically renew on the renewal date based on the Membership you purchased. You can check your renewal by logging into your accoun and going to your Dashboard.
