Then, Jacquie Gering and Victoria Findlay Wolfe show how to master improvisational blocks and curves. If piecing unusual shapes in paper piecing causes you frustration, Ann Harwell’s pinning method is sure to help. And, matchstick piecing has never been easier when you see Alex’s technique.

Sally Collins' finished seams were pressed to one side.

I watched this show yesterday. I tried Sally Collin's method of stitching and pressing. Amazing difference. But I'm not clear on whether or not she presses every seam open. Did anyone catch if she does?

I cannot find these classes when I log into You Tube to watch, and all my links in emails only play the 1+minute trailers. How do I find the actual classes? I’ve searched by class #2611 and I still only get the trailers. I am a member.

When I first saw Jacquie Gering's "Weighted Log Cabin Block, it looked like a Frank Lloyd Wright house! I LOVE it!!!

I'm excited to watch this! Also, am following the during the week class on sew-along. I will use scraps to complete the quilt. Thank you Alex and Tim. I'm happy that I re-discovered The Quilt Show.

Wow! I am so happy I had the wrong time for Alex's Live Raw Edge Piecing video (we are on EST and so I will look for that video at 1 pm our time...not 10 am! Oops!) So, I decided to watch a Master Class. I already felt like I was a "master" piecer but ... watching Sally Collins' amazing tips....I learned I have a lot more to indeed master. I now feel like I can try the new techniques and truly become a better quilter. Thanks, Ricky, Alex, Sally and all who enable us to improve our skills.
