Description:
Mary felt that That Was Then, This Is Now was towards the bottom of the class, and because of this she told herself that if she couldn't do it well as this point she was going to have fun doing it "badly". What that meant was taking typical nine-patch quilt designs, like the dresden plate and flying geese, and "updating" them to become a pizza pie, flying saucers, and so on.
