Tempest is another of Kumiko's spectacular award-winning miniature quilts. It took First Place - Miniature at Festival of Quilts 2015 in the UK, Second Place - Miniature at Road to California 2015, and Third Place - Miniature at Houston 2014. This quilt is from a group of pineapple quilts that she made using her favorite technique, foundation piecing.
