I am a Star member and am not able to watch the shows – what do I do?
First, make sure you are signed in as a Member. There is a Login box at the top of the screen. Once you're signed in using your email address, your name will appear in that box at the top of the page, as a paid member. If you are still not able to Watch our shows; open a Support Ticket and we will work with you to resolve the access issue. Be sure to include the type of device (desktop, tablet, phone) and any error code you have received.
