Very apt representation of what is happening to the earth and water. Great quilt.

Love seeing Canadian friend Jaynie Himsl live at the National Quilt Museum. Her "leaf" quilts are a wonderful underlining statement about the value of our earth and remind us of the fragility of life - prairies or coastlines, cities or vast open land - all affected by the need for water and the promise of future beauty and safe drinking water for our children.
