Description:
This quilt was created at a weeklong class taught by Timna Tarr at Marc Adam's School of Woodworking. My husband took a woodworking class while I took an art quilt class. It's based directly on one of my favorite photos of our only daughter. The top is mostly done with scraps (most of which I hand dyed) which was super fun. Although the process is easier than I thought, doing a portrait was harder than I thought.
