The Quilt Show Puzzle: "Limbs, Ladders, Roots, and Rocks" by Deborah Boschert
Do a puzzle of Deborah Boschert's quilt, Limbs, Ladders, Roots, and Rocks.
Limbs, Ladders, Roots, and Rocks was created as part of Deborah's "year of ladders". Her process in making it started with the red strip in the middle where she wanted to create a line of trees. The quilt was then built up, or "grew" from that red strip to include the rest of the surrounding features like the ladders, roots, and rocks of the title. Deborah says you will find this quilt in the Art Miniature category of judged shows.
