The Quilt Show Puzzle: "Le Monde" by Judy Ahlborn
Do a puzzle of Judy Ahlborn's quilt, Le Monde.
Le Monde was a turning point for Judy in being able to print a large whole cloth on a solid piece of fabric through Spoonflower. The quilt was created as part of an art group challenge for the special exhibit, Digital Alchemy: Quiltmakers and Spoonflower, at the Pacific International Quilt Festival in 2015, where each member was to make a piece the same size and use the same flattened-out edge of the globe image. It did not need to feature all the continents, but you did need to feature the globe shape as they were all being hung on the same wall together.
