The Quilt Show Puzzle: "Crimson Promises" by Sharon Schamber
Do a puzzle of Sharon Schamber's quilt, Crimson Promises.
Crimson Promises is Sharon's favorite quilt. It is a duplication of a quilt that went into The National Quilt Museum in Paducah, Kentucky. The one in Paducah is purple, but since Sharon loves red so much she had to make hers in red. It has won many awards, including the Maywood Studio Master Award for Innovative Artistry at Houston 2011, but what Sharon was honored by was that it won a Viewer's Choice in Houston at the same time it won the other award, which doesn't happen that often.
