The Quilt Show Puzzle: "Aquarela do Brasil" by Paula Doyle
Do a puzzle of Paula Doyle's quilt, Aquarela do Brasil.
Aquarela do Brasil, which translates to "Watercolor of Brazil", is named after a song from Brazil, which is where Paula grew up. She created the quilt to remind her of a perfect day at Iguazú Falls, where they have butterflies, lizards, and even jaguars living in the forest. Paula didn't use just one fabric to make her quilt, she used six different ones to represent the flora and fauna of Iguazú Falls.
