Featured Quilt - Be "Swept Away"
Eileen Wiliams was commissioned to make Swept Awayfor a client who was moving into a new home. She requested a wave, a specific size, and colors to coordinate with an oil painting she owned. They never met, but communicated via e-mail. Take a look at this original collaged beauty and you too will be "Swept Away".
We know you all love to do the puzzles on the website. How would you like to make an actual puzzle based on one of your Electric Quilt designs? EQ shows you how.
If you haven't tried the Electric Quilt software, you don't know what you are missing. Take a look at all it can do.
Natalya Khorover makes amazing quilts based on a customer's input, for example photos of their homes, dogs, etc. You know she has to be good when Victoria Findlay Wolfe (Show 2002) and Pokey Bolton (Show 2711) ask to have one of her creations. See Victoria's home and Pokey's art barn created from repurposed items turned into beautiful quilts. (Make sure to look for all the cute puppies...)

Cheryl writes about Antonio's Quilt on her blog: "A few years back a friend of mine in the Calgary Modern Quilt Guild, Katrina Hertzer, posted a picture on Instagram of her son painting. Aside from the fact that her son is adorable I was completely smitten with his painting. So smitten that I went to the sewing room that afternoon and made a block inspired by his in progress painting. Then I decided it needed friends. And a lot of improv pieced background."
