Featured Quilt - See Cindy Seitz-Krug's "World"

The Quilt Show's Block Of the Month are always popular among our members, but sometimes even our guests make them too. Cindy Seitz-Krug made her own version of The Quilt Show's 2021 Block Of The Month Color My World and called it Downtown. She even made it with some help from fellow guest Susan Cleveland's Piping Hot Binding technique.

Cindy says, "This is such a fun and happy quilt. I added hand-embroidered embellishments to each block as well as some other fun little buttons and brads. And of course a quilt isn't finished without a Susan Cleveland piping hot binding!"
Robin Long Finishes Things Off In Style
It'll No Longer Be a Fight To The Finish With These Techniques

Our brand new show features Robin Long sharing a number of clever and diverse compass finishing techniques that include traditional appliqué, reverse appliqué, and a no center circle method.

Learn from Robin, and Pam Mahshie, by watching them in How to Make a Mariner's Compass Quilt with Robin Long | Learn Secrets to Serger Success with Pam Mahshie.
Alex LIVE: Basket Rendezvous - Lesson 05
Lining Up Weirdo Shapes

When you are piecing a block, sometimes the pieces don't line up. For example, one triangle might end up being bigger than where you want to sew it down. Alex has a way to make those weirdo shapes cooperate and look great when you are done.

Alex is LIVE TODAY Wednesday, October 26, 2022 @ 10am PST, 1pm EST, and 6pm London time. All classes are recorded so they can be viewed later.

Jinny Beyer's Memory Match Game
What sort of magic do you conjure up to become a Memory Match expert? Well, if you're a mere mortal like most of us then you just play Jinny Beyer's Memory Match Game each week to get better and better. Otherwise, you probably just wave a wand or something and let it get solved for you. (Which is cheating we think!)
The Quilt Show Puzzle: Roses All Over The Neighborhood
"Roses in the Rotary" by Timna Tarr

Roses in the Rotary is a quilt map of Timna's neighborhood. All of the flowers featured are the blocks of her neighborhood next to the Connecticut River.

See more of Timna's quilts in How to Make Map Quilts and Mosaic Techniques with Timna Tarr | Quilt History with Mary Fons.
