The Quilt Show Puzzle: Baskets, Red and White All Over
"Vintage Redwork Baskets" by Rosie deLeon-McCrady

Here's a charming quilt featuring Vintage Redwork Baskets and pieced blocks created by Rosie deLeon-McCrady. Designed as a Block Of the Month that would utilize batiks, the "white" fabric used is not in fact white, but the Moda Essential Dots fabric. This different textured fabric was incorporated as a way for Rosie to challenge herself when making the quilt, and the dots are actually hidden by the quilting done throughout.
