As we have come to expect from our wonderful TQS guests, another has won an award at AQS Quiltweek 2022 in Paducah. This time Heidi Proffetty's quilt, Azul Medallions, has won First Place - Small Wall Quilts: Movable Machine Quilted (Sponsored by Pro-Stitcher). Heidi says of her inspiration for her work, "This quilt was inspired by my continued passion for mosaic design and was influenced by my interest in various forms of ancient & modern tile art."
