Featured Quilt - Libby Lehman's Floating Fun
Here's another beautiful quilt that we discovered at the National Quilt Museum in Paducah, KY. It was made by our dear friend 2009 Quilt Legend Libby Lehman back in 1998. Flotsam incorporates her sensational threadwork (before we all had fancy machines).
Libby writes about the quilt, "Me and my quilts are 50/50. They have a mind of their own. I like to select the perfect name for each of my quilts, which is like naming children, except you already know what they are going to be when they grow up. I like the name Flotsam for this quilt because it's fun to think of beauty in swirling, floating, debris."

"Circle Series #4" by Ruth Chandler
Ruth Chandler really "got into" circles and made a series of eight circle quilts. While several were sold, we had the privilege of having two on the set of Ruth's show to display. Circle Series #4 was the larger and more grandiose of the two we featured.
