The Crossing by Linda Roy is a stunning work of appliqué. It is an original design inspired by an antique Pomegranate quilt. The addition of embroidery, stippling, and "upside down" stuffed yo-yos make this quilt a true stunner. On display at the International Quilt Festival in Houston 2021, The Crossing is a multiple award-winner including the Best Traditional Design Award at AQS QuiltWeek® – Daytona Beach, Florida 2020 and Best in Show Large Quilt Smoky Mountain Quilters of Tennessee 2019.
