Lean Into the Curve (Piecing) and Learn Something New

Kerri Green shares tips for creating a curved and pieced quilt design. She also shows how she creates transparency in her work using subtle or stark value changes in fabric choices which add an additional dimension to her creations resulting in a completely new and different design.

Scale changes in a design or block can make a big visual impact when it comes to quilts, and Lisa Erlandson helps explain this by comparing antique quilts featuring the same motif in different sizes.
