Place Appliqué at Houston 2022
Fandangle by Jan Hutchison won Third Place in the Appliqué category at the 2022 Houston International Quilt Festival. On how her quilt came about, Jan says, "I was inspired to design this quilt after seeing the traditional embroidered textiles of Uzbekistan. It was machine appliquéd and free-motion quilted on a longarm machine."
