Featured Quilt - Pat Yamin's Judge's Choice Award at Road to California 2023
Warm Regards by Cecelia Westerfield is, by a happy coincidence, a quilt that is associated with three different guests who have been featured on The Quilt Show. The first, Pat Yamin, is who awarded Cecelia's quilt a Judges Choice Award at Road to California 2023. The other two, Kim Diehl and Jo Morton, are the artists whose pattern Cecelia used as the inspiration for her quilt.
She says, "Warm Regards is a Kim Diehl and Jo Morton pattern designed for swapping blocks. Blocks were pieced by myself and my friends, Fran and Carol, and we exchanged them. Each of us designed the remainder of our quilts according to our personal tastes. I added wool appliqué in addition to the hand appliqué." |

Have You Watched The After Set Yet?
Many episodes of The Quilt Show feature a segment after the credits have rolled called the After Set. In this part of the show, we focus on a special slice, nugget of information, or just some fun knowledge about our guest that we just couldn't fit into the regular Show. For Tina Craig, her After Set was all about birding.
Tina’s love of birds began with her father, a devoted backyard birder. Now, she and her own family have carried on the tradition, often planning vacations around bird research and spotting opportunities. Tina serves as the spotter, while her husband captures their finds through photography. Together, they’ve turned birding into a shared family adventure.
Find out more about this fun and exciting portion of Tina's life by watching the After Set of her show. To jump to the After Set, click the box to the right of the show labeled Chapter #5 to watch the segment.

"Bubblicious" by Claudia Pfeil
Bubblicious is a Modern wall hanging quilt by Claudia Pfeil, in which "the circles seem to float on the background." The quilt was Claudia's first printed pattern, and was originally developed for Island Batiks. It features fabulous bright colors and reminds you of Claudia's "bubblicious" personality.
