Tami's quilt takes its inspiration from someone very special and close to her that helped her along on her quilting journey. She says, "Created to honor my quilt mentor, in her style, machine appliqué." As to the design of the quilt, she says it was "Inspired by a design on an antique English tile." |

It is one of Linda and Cheri's favorite collaborative quilts that they've worked on together, and won Best of Show 2002 at the Quilt Guild of Dallas and 2nd Place - Wall Hanging, Mixed, Machine Quilted at the 34th Annual NQA 2003 Quilt Show - Flights of Fancy.
