The 95 by Vicki Ruebel won Second Place - Modern Quilts at AQS QuiltWeek - New England 2026 and received an Honorable Mention in Wall Quilts - Modern (Sponsored by Statler by Gammill®) at AQS QuiltWeek - Paducah 2025. This quilt was a collaboration by Vicki and her mom, Judy Dale, who pieced it for her. Vicki says, "I designed this quilt and then asked my mom to piece it for me. We wanted to try something new for the circles so we used heat transfer vinyl and it worked like a charm. This is one of my favorite modern quilts that I've designed and quilted."

"Four Square" by Cyndi McChesney
Cyndi teaches a class called Reheated Leftovers, because we all have scraps that we cannot part with for whatever reason. In preparation and anticipation for teaching that class, she decided to start making quilts with her own scraps with no rhyme, reason, or plan and just started sewing and putting projects together. Four Square, named like many of her Reheated Leftovers quilts after a children's game, became the second quilt and pattern Cyndi created through this excursion.
