During the Pandemic, Alex began doing LIVE projects. This was the very first project in 2020.

"Survivor" by Alexandra Curran won Second Place - People, Portraits, & Figures at Houston 2025.

"Cocktail" by Julia McLeod was created using a "cocktail's" worth of fabric from all over the world.

In 2001 l was invited to teach and lecture at a quilt conference in Johannesburg, South Africa.

"Boulders at Lower Yosemite Falls" by Sandra Mollon won Second Place - Naturescape at Houston 2025.

"American Still Life" by Sandra Leichner won Best of Show at the Indiana Heritage Quilt Show.
