We love the use of the large "Hexies" in Nina's quilt. We are also intrigued by the way she finished the border and the use of her embroidery capabilites in the quilting of the piece.

Nina was given an "assignment" to create a quilt from a box of fat quarters and an embroidery collection. We love the bright, bold and beautiful look of the quilt she made.

BERNINA Educator Nina McVeigh created their Block of the Month 2018 quilt to help improve piecing and quilting techniques. It was created with Alison Glass fabric. We love the use of color against the gray background.
