Description:
Artist Statement: "In 2008, Sue and friends went to Washington, DC and Baltimore, Maryland, where they had arranged to see and touch many 19th century Baltimore Album style quilts, each displaying a bold exuberance of birds, berries, and bouquets. Sue was inspired to design her own Baltimore Album quilt, and at the urging of a friend, Jerrianne Evans, added a wide border filled to the brim with flowers."
