Ritzy, your blocks are gorgeous. I love the black background with the bright colors. I've really just begun July, have the stems on and working on preparing the leaves. I use Sharon Schamber's technique with glue stick and love it...but there are SO many pieces in this block! I have taken a single photo of my first six and will get them posted one of these days.
I see you didn't put in the tiny circles on the hearts...I'm not either, that's just TOO much. If there's two of us, maybe the quilt police won't get us. LOL
Glad to help, Linda! It's been a labor of love for me! I laughed out loud at your camp name!! WATCHAPATCHER!!! How cool is that???
Luv it, luv it, luv it!
Have fun and enjoy your classes. You will be in good hands!

I am really enjoying all of your ideas and expertise. I followed the site where Margo had the slide shows showing the steps for each block... how invaluable. Each block I make is getting easier and with the help and info I'm getting on this forum it's just like an expert class.
I'm bringing my June and July blocks with me to Camp Watch a Patcher, a quilt camp put on by the Orange County Quilt Guild. I'll be taking Phil Beaver's fabric dying class and a class taught by Sharon Schamber on machine appliqué. Your tutorials for these blocks are right up there with the experts. Thanks again.
Camille, your block is just beautiful......of course I got to see it in the process a couple of days ago when I came to your house begging...... you so kindly gave me steam a seam and your extra knee lift since mine is buried somewhere in this sewing room .....my what friends do to help!
