I am sorry you had trouble with the vines.
The vines are not in the wrong place. They are as the designer wanted them....

I am trying to download the Sizzle BOM but I get the error message that I am not a member. I am! Is it no longer available? Thank you -
Sizzle was a previous BOM, only the current year's BOM is available to us. Once a new year comes along, the rights to the older one revert to the designer.

All of the Block of the Month patterns are only available on The Quilt Show for the year they were the BOM. Sizzle was the 2019 BOM so that ended December 31, 2019. The Quilt Show has a one year license with the designer for the BOM.
The good news is the designer, Becky Goldsmith, has published this pattern and it is available from her or other retailers:
