Inspired by a love for patriotic quilts, Judith R. Knorr's Glorious Eagles, which is both hand appliquéd and quilted, flew high as part of the In the American Tradition Exhibit at Houston 2019.

I love eagle quilts--many are from PA, c.1876. This quilt is definitely an American tradition.
